ODS: Czechs successful in coping with coronavirus

The Czech Republic has coped well with the first phase of the coronavirus crisis despite all the problems and chaos that came with it, Petr Fiala, the leader of the opposition Civic Democratic Party (ODS), told journalists on Thursday. Now further development and aid to the economy should be given priority, Fiala said in the opening speech before a special session of the Chamber of Deputies, convened at the proposal of the ODS and the Pirates.
