Oct 28 ceremony should be postponed over president's condition-PM

The ceremony of giving state orders at Prague Castle, the presidential seat, on the October 28 national holiday should be postponed if President Milos Zeman is unable to present them in person, PM Andrej Babis told CNN Prima News today, adding that he would not like to replace Zeman at the event. Babis will countersign the list of the personalities to be awarded that he is to receive today.
