Number of new COVID cases, COVID tests on decrease in Czechia

Czech laboratories confirmed 28,239 new COVID cases on Tuesday, one-fourth fewer than a week ago, but markedly fewer tests for COVID are carried out and the number of the hospitalised fell by 5 percent to 3,733 people in hospital care now, Health Minister's data released this morning show. Public health officers suspect there were another 5,000 reinfections, some 1,500 fewer than week ago. The numbers of new cases keep falling the eighth day in a row.
