The number of patients using medical cannabis is on the rise in the Czech Republic with 665 people in May and over 5,000 grammes issued on prescription compared to 447 and 4,800 grammes last year, the participants of the medical cannabis symposium said today. PM Andrej Babis (ANO) said the Czech Republic should draw inspiration from Israel, the representatives of which attended today's symposium. The experts say the data on the success of the treatment are missing, mainly in the case of cancer patients.
