The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Poland increased by 148 since Sunday and reached 21,440, the Ministry of Health said on Monday morning. Since no new virus-related deaths were reported over the last 24 hours, the death toll remained at 996. Earlier in the day, the ministry reported that, in all, 2,268 people suspected of coronavirus infection have been hospitalised, 78,259 are under quarantine and 19,587 are under sanitary-epidemiological supervision. So far, 9,276 people have recovered.
