Number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Poland rises to 14,647

The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Poland increased by 218 since Tuesday evening and reached 14,647, the Ministry of Health said on Wednesday morning. Another seven people have died, bringing the death toll to 723. According to Wednesday morning data, 2,760 people have been undergoing hospital treatment in Poland due to Covid-19, 101,395 people have been under quarantine and 17,081 under epidemiological supervision. A total of 4,655 people have recovered from the illness, the Health Ministry reported.
