No Czech soldiers hurt following Iranian attack in Iraq

January 8th, 2020

All of the Czech soldiers active in Iraq remain unhurt and safe after the recent series of Iranian attacks on US forces, with the Czech military not planning their withdrawal at the moment and coordinating further steps with NATO allies, Chief-of-Staff Ales Opata told journalists today. Opata added that the soldiers are ready to react to any possible escalation of the situation in Iraq.
