No chance to vote for Czech MEPs abroad not against constitution

June 19th, 2019

The Supreme Administrative Court has rejected the complaint that demanded the cancelling of the result of the recent election of 21 Czech members of the European Parliament because Czech voters cannot cast their votes abroad, the court says on its website. The complaint was filed by a Czech man who was working in Brussels during the EP election.
