New growth directions needed - ruling party leader

Poland needs new growth and development directions to drive our economy, ruling party Law and Justice (PiS) leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski wrote in a letter to participants of the Development Visions Forum in Gdynia, northern Poland. "One can, and even should say that there is never enough said about development, because the question of our country's efficient, sustained, fast, and at the same time long-term [growth] is a key issue," Kaczynski wrote. In his letter, the PiS leader wrote that his party's main objective was for Poles to attain comparable living standards with those in the wealthiest Western countries.
