New five-member coalition won't close schools over Covid

The coalition of Together (Civic Democrats, ODS, Christian Democrats, KDU-CSL, TOP 09) and the Pirates with Mayors and Independents (STAN), forming the new Czech government, will not close schools over the Covid situation, ODS head Petr Fiala, in charge of the new cabinet, told journalists on Wednesday. The future government has the priority of making the impact on education as small as possible, Fiala said when unveiling the coalition's plans against the epidemic.
