National Museum rejects gift Chinese offered to it

A Chinese firm operating in Czechia will put traditional Chinese ceramics on display in Prague during the weekend and it wanted to hand over a gift to the National Museum (NM), which, however, has declined it, NM spokeswoman Kristyna Kvapilova has told CTK. She said no NM representative will attend the opening of the exhibition on Prague's Zofin island that is taking place on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre in Beijing.
