National census should give true picture of Poland's population, president says

The recent national census will hopefully present a true picture of the Polish population, the Polish president said on Thursday at a conference inaugurating the 3rd Demographic Congress. Carried out last year, the census set Poland's population stand at 38,179,800. Andrzej Duda stressed that the census provided crucial statistical data and was of paramount importance for state policy.
