NAKA raids throughout Slovakia as part of Operation Wood

The National Crime Agency (NAKA) is carrying out arrests throughout Slovakia as part of an operation codenamed 'Wood', Police Corps Presidium spokesman Michal Slivka told TASR on Wednesday, adding that he can't provide any more details at the moment. Several media outlets reported on Wednesday morning about a police raid in the Hotel Aston in Bratislava, where a wood-trading company called Taper is based. Taper is reportedly a family business of former economy minister Peter Ziga.
