The National Crime Agency (NAKA) has pressed charges against one person in connection with the bankruptcy of convicted businessman Ladislav Basternak's assets, Andrea Dobiasova of the Police Corps Presidium told TASR on Monday. The website aktuality.sk was first to break the news, also stating that the person in question is former bankruptcy administrator Lenka I. [name abbreviated due to legal reasons]. A NAKA investigator filed the charges of misconduct in the administration of somebody else's property on January 10. "However, the decision isn't final yet, so we won't provide more information," said Dobiasova.
