Nad only candidate for Supreme Administrative Court head after deadline

Chairman of the administrative college of the Regional Court in Kosice Pavol Nad is the only candidate for the post of Supreme Administrative Court head, as no other bids were submitted before the proposal period deadline, which was Friday, Supreme Court Office spokeswoman Veronika Muller has said. "We received two bids, but they proposed the same candidate. One was from the administrative college of Kosice regional court, while the other was submitted by myself and Martin Michalansky, two members of the Judicial Council," Judicial Council head Jan Mazak said, remarking that Nad hesitated a little over agreeing to the bid.
