Russia's missile attack on Zakarpattia Oblast on Tuesday was picked up by Slovak radar, and all Slovak defence systems are on alert to ensure the security of Slovakia, said Defence Minister Jaroslav Nad before the Government session on Wednesday. The minister voiced his concerns in this regard, as the attack took place roughly 100 kilometres from the Slovak-Ukrainian border. Nad warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that if Russia attacks hit Slovak territory, this will automatically activate Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty.
