Slovak Defence Minister Jaroslav Nad said before the start of the cabinet meeting on Wednesday that he expects developments in Ukraine to deteriorate further, but at the same time he expressed his belief that all those who might be contemplating an invasion of the country will reconsider. "We're registering new military units of the Russian Federation being placed in combat formations. Even planned diplomatic negotiations have been cancelled because a number of allies are saying that they are no longer relevant, as whatever is agreed on is subsequently broken by the Putin administration," said Nad.
