Municipalities on Slana river welcome declared state of emergency

The towns of Roznava and Tornala, both located on the Slana River in southern Slovakia, have welcomed the Government's decision on Wednesday to declare a state of emergency over the state of the river, which has been heavily polluted by underground mine waters since February, adding, that they'd expected the Cabinet to opt for this move much sooner, however.
