MPs receive 2021 state budget bill with 320 billion-crown deficit

The Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of Czech parliament, received the state budget bill for next year with the deficit of 320 billion crowns from the government today when the deadline for its submitting to MPs expired. Normally, the government must submit the draft state budget to the Chamber of Deputies by the end of September, but the parliament approved the postponement of this deadline by one month due to the coronavirus pandemic.
