The government's flagship tax reform programme has been criticised by 56 percent of Poles despite the prime minister's and the ruling party leader's claims that most taxpayers will benefit from the changes, a poll has shown. In a CBOS poll published on Monday, 22 percent of those surveyed expressed a negative opinion about the new tax rules while 34 percent strongly criticised them. The changes were praised by 21 percent of the respondents while 23 percent had no opinion.
