Mortgage interest rates at all-time low in November

The average mortgage interest rate in November stood at 4.28 percent, which was a drop of 0.6 percentage points year-on-year, consultancy company Fincentrum said on Friday, with reference to data from the central bank (NBS). Lowest-ever figures were also recorded in floating interest rates and one-year fixed mortgage rates, which stood at 4.26 percent on average, and in two-five year fixed mortgage rates, which averaged 4.24 percent.
