Last year, a total of 328,800 work permits were issued to foreigners in Poland. This is 40 percent more y/y than in 2017, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported on Monday. According to GUS, this number of issued permits is nearly five times higher than in 2015. Ukrainians constituted the largest group of all foreigners granted a work permit and accounted for over 70 percent of the total.
