More than 2,900 people from Ukraine enter Slovakia on Wednesday

A total of 2,917 people from Ukraine entered Slovakia via the Slovak-Ukrainian border on Wednesday, of whom 751 were men, 1,528 women and 638 children, Interior Ministry spokesperson Zuzana Eliasova told TASR. Of the total, 146 have applied for temporary refuge in Slovakia. Meanwhile, 3,241 people crossed into Ukraine via the same border on Wednesday.
