Poland has in the past few years smashed a glass ceiling hampering its development, which has led to a record growth in incomes, PM Morawiecki said in his Tuesday policy speech in Parliament. "Today, we have caught the wind of history in our sails," he said, noting that Poles' incomes, in comparison to highly developed economies, were at a record high since the fall of communism.
