Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told a press conference on Friday that Poland's economic decline will most likely be two times lower than the European Union average. Morawiecki said that Poland needs to adjust its financial instruments to help entrepreneurs. He added that after a dynamic rebound in the 2nd quarter, Poland was in a soft-slowdown situation. The prime minister also said Poland had up to now spent over 300 billion zlotys (EUR 66.26bn) in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
