Morawiecki:EU summit discussed election process for top positions

At their informal post-election summit in Brussels on Tuesday, EU leaders focused on the process of electing people for the EU's top jobs but no names were discussed, Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki told reporters on his flight back to Warsaw.
