Moravcikova appointed Slovak Supreme Court vice-chair

President Zuzana Caputova on Thursday appointed Andrea Moravcikova to the post of Supreme Court vice-chair. Moravcikova was elected to the post by the Judicial Council. The post had been vacant since previous vice-chair Jarmila Urbancova retired in April after being detained by the National Crime Agency (NAKA) as a part of 'Operation Storm'. Charges of bribery related to the Technopol Servis case have been pressed against her.
