Ministry: Slovakia interested in vaccines adapted to new coronavirus mutations

Slovakia is interested in vaccines adapted to tackling new coronavirus mutations, the Health Ministry's press department told TASR on Tuesday, adding that the ministry wants to revise current supplies. "Slovakia has sent an application to the European Commission (EC) and Pfizer-BioNTech to halt vaccine supplies in their current formulation. Following its approval they should start supplying so-called adapted vaccines to us," said the ministry.
