Minister: Czech Republic not suspending AstraZeneca Covid shots

Unlike many other European Union member states, the Czech Republic will not suspend using AstraZeneca's Covid-19 vaccine, as no connection between it and the incidence of blood clots has been proven, Health Minister Jan Blatny said after a cabinet meeting on Monday. He said blood clots occurred equally often in the vaccinated and not vaccinated population.
