The Pirates group in the Chamber of Deputies will continue to be headed by Jakub Michalek, with Olga Richterova, the party's deputy chairwoman, as his deputy, the Czech Pirates told journalists on Thursday. After the weekend general election, the Pirates deputy group was dwarfed from 22 to four lawmakers. Along with Michalek and Richterova, the group also includes the Pirates leader, Ivan Bartos, and senator assistant Klara Kocmanova. The Pirates ran in the election in a coalition with Mayors and Independents (STAN). The grouping placed third with 15.6 percent of the vote and 37 mandates in the lower house.
