Mazurek, Uhrik to resign from presidium of LSNS

January 20th, 2021

Milan Uhrik and Milan Mazurek announced on social media on Tuesday evening that they will resign from the presidium of the far-right LSNS party, citing a change in the party's statutes as the reason. "The structure of the party's presidium has been significantly changed, and further powers have been shifted from the presidium to the party chairman as part of this change. The party presidium decides practically nothing anymore," said MEP Uhrik, adding that he will not run for the party vice-chair post, as this post "has practically no meaning" at the moment.
