Mathematician Janecek announces his presidential candidacy

Mathematician and businessman Karel Janecek, 48, will contest the post of Czech president and plans to collect signatures on the petition for his candidacy, he announced at a press conference today. He said he would like to offer to voters a vision of the free, successful and prosperous Czech Republic that may serve as a model for Europe and the world. He added that he perceived his presidential candidacy as his contribution to this vision materialisation.
