Martin K. won't be prosecuted in custody, court rules

Financier Martin K. will not be prosecuted in custody any longer, a pre-trial judge of the Specialised Criminal Court in Pezinok decided on Monday, according to Dusan Ivan, Martin K.'s attorney. The decision is not yet binding. The Supreme Court last week decided that he'd be released from custody concerning charges related to the 'Stock Farmer' case involving agricultural subsidies.
