Bratislava I District Court has adjourned until December 2 the main trial concerning the slips of paper that controversial entrepreneur Marian K. (name abbreviated due to legal reasons), who has already been convicted of fraud and sentenced to 19 years in prison, was allegedly sending from custody via his aide Peter Toth. The parties to the proceedings should prepare their final speeches for the adjourned hearings. On Wednesday, lawyer Andrej Sabik, who in the past defended businessman Marian K., testified before the court. He denied that he took messages on slips of paper from Marian K. when he visited him in custody and passed them on to former member of the Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) Peter Toth.
