Marian K. charged with obstruction of justice

A Bratislava court has received notice of an indictment against controversial entrepreneur Marian K., jailed for fraud, concerning slips of paper that he was allegedly sending out while in custody via his aide Peter Toth, court spokesman Pavol Adamciak told TASR on Tuesday. According to Adamciak, the court will now pass the indictment notice to Marian K. and his lawyer so that they can comment on it and propose proceedings concerning evidence. The presiding judge will subsequently determine how the case will proceed and set the date for the trial.
