Police have charged Marian K., who was recently convicted and sentenced to 19 years in jail for counterfeiting promissory notes to use against TV Markiza, in the Technopol Servis case, Police Corps spokesman Michal Slivka said on Monday, confirming reports by news portal aktuality.sk. Marian K. has been charged with the crime of breaching obligations when managing the property of third parties. Journalist Jan Kuciak, who was allegedly murdered on Marian K.'s orders, also reported on this case.
