Man who threatened to kill Babis concludes plea bargain

Lukas Brachacek, who confessed to having blackmailed Prime Minister Andrej Babis with a death threat, concluded a plea bargain on a two-year suspended sentence with the state attorney today, and both his defence lawyer and the attorney said Brachacek acted impulsively and had a short fuse. Brachacek also agreed with undergoing psychological therapy in the four-year trial period.
