Man charged with terrorism for ordering poison from US

A man is facing terrorism and illegal arms possession charges, proposed by the Zlin state attorney on Thursday, which carry five to 15 years in prison, for having ordered strong poisons from the United States. The state attorney has also proposed special detention for the man who is apparently insane. The defence counsel agrees with the detention, but she proposed the halt of the criminal prosecution. The court panel is considering requalifying the charges to the preparation of murder or threat to the public.
