Majority of Poles say EPP should act to lower energy prices, poll shows

Sixty-three percent of Poles believe the European Parliament's European People's Party (EPP) should undertake steps to reduce CO2 emission fees, which are partly responsible for high energy prices in the EU, a survey by the wPolityce.pl website revealed on Tuesday. The EPP is currently chaired by former Polish prime minister and European Council head Donald Tusk.
