Majority of Poles downbeat on national situation - poll

Sixty-one percent of respondents to a February poll believe things in Poland are going badly, whereas 23 percent are optimistic about the situation. According to the survey by the Kantar pollster, the proportion of pessimists was 5 percentage points (pps) lower than in a January survey and the share of optimists 4 pps higher, while 16 percent did not have an opinion (up 1 pp).
