Major real estate development project in central Bratislava

Bratislava may well witness another huge real-estate project in its broader centre in the near future, with developer group Immocap planning to carry out a project that should completely change the face of one area of the city, Hospodarske Noviny daily reported on Monday. As revealed in an interview with Immocap founder Peter Lukes, the project will entail a face lift of the whole of a yet unspecified area, including its infrastructure. The cost of the project has been estimated at 500 million euros, added the businessman.
