The time is ripe for managing positions at the Police Corps to be occupied by capable people who know what they want and possess leadership skills that make groups achieve their missions, Police Corps President Milan Lucansky stated on Monday in a video posted on Facebook. He said his aim was to drive away nepotism and cronyism and to give young officers hope that even they can occupy senior positions. "All will depend on them... on how they approach their work and duties," stated Lucansky. One of Lucansky's priorities for the nearest future is to stabilise the Corps, its salary growth and career advancement.
