Lubyova: Slovakia will pay rest of CERN membership fee by end of year

Slovakia will pay the remainder of its membership fee to the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) by the end of the year, Education, Science, Research and Sport Minister Martina Lubyova (a Slovak National Party/SNS nominee) said on Thursday. This year's membership fee in CERN is 6 million euros. Lubyova confirmed that Slovakia has paid 3 million euros so far and the other 3 million euros is budgeted to be paid by the end of the year.
