Lower house session with no-confidence vote planned for Thursday

The Czech lower house session with a vote of no confidence in Andrej Babis's minority cabinet on the agenda will start at 9am on Thursday, MP Zbynek Stanjura said after the Together and Pirates/STAN opposition alliances handed the required number of MPs' signatures to the lower house head today. Stanjura represents the Civic Democratic Party (ODS), which formed Together, a centre-right election alliance, along with TOP 09 and the Christian Democrats (KDU-CSL) earlier this year.
