Local elections - Deutsch: Timmermans-Karacsony meeting preparation for pro-migration deal

MEP of ruling Fidesz Tamas Deutsch said on Friday that a meeting between Frans Timmermans, "the head of pro-migration left-wing forces", and opposition Budapest mayoral candidate Gergely Karacsony served to prepare a pro-migration deal that would give way to hundreds or thousands of migrants to be moved to Budapest. Timmermans wants pro-migration mayors to move migrants into Europe and plans the same for Hungary, he told a press conference.
