Lawyer and entrepreneur Zoroslav K. to remain in custody

Lawyer and entrepreneur Zoroslav K. [name abbreviated due to legal reasons] will remain in custody, as the Supreme Court on Thursday reaffirmed the decision to take the defendant into preventive and collusion custody, Supreme Court spokesperson Alexandra Vazanova has told TASR. The original decision to take Zoroslav K. into custody was handed down by the Specialised Criminal Court on May 23. "At its closed-door session today, the Supreme Court Senate rejected ... Zoroslav K's appeal against the decision of the Specialised Criminal Court as unjustified," Vazanova said.
