Lawmakers proposing 1991 Soviet pullout as remembrance day

A group of opposition lawmakers want to enact the withdrawal of the Soviet troops from the former Czechoslovakia in 1991 as a remembrance day. The group proposed it in the amendment that June 27 should remember not only the Day of Memory of Victims of Communist Regime, but also as the Day of Departure of Soviet Troops from Czechoslovakia. A similar effort has also appeared in the Senate.
