Laurencik calls on Fico to resign as MP

Parliamentary Vice-chair Milan Laurencik has called on Smer-SD head Robert Fico to give up his seat in parliament, SaS spokesman Ondrej Sprlak told TASR on Thursday. According to Laurencik, Fico "must be afraid" of what ex-Justice Ministry state secretary Monika J., who was nominated to the post by Smer-SD and who on Wednesday voluntarily confessed to the corruption crimes with which she was charged in March, has said about him.
