According to Foreign Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajcak (a Smer-SD nominee), the decision to locate the European Labour Agency (ELA) headquarters in Bratislava is a sign of confidence. Slovakia acquired the seat of this institution in the first round of Thursday's ministerial vote in the Council for Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs in Luxembourg.
