Slovakia's government will continue to prolong the state of emergency for as long as necessary, Labour Minister Milan Krajniak said on Wednesday before the session of the cabinet, pointing to the fact that the state is of great importance when it comes to hospitals and care homes. According to Krajniak, his ministry can supply care homes with protective and other items more efficiently if the state of emergency is in place. The state also allows the ministry to transfer people from one care home to another, if need be.
